QMTS delivers bar and lounge fit-out in Dubai for venue owners, hotel operators and hospitality teams. We assess both new interiors and refurbishment of existing venues, including the services, joinery and finishes needed for the agreed layout.
The Retox Bar & Lounge project at Donatello Hotel records our work across HVAC, electrical and plumbing, feature lighting, flooring, civil works, painting, bespoke joinery, bar and seating installation, furniture and audio-visual systems. Its photographs show the completed venue and the scope behind it.
A bar counter needs working space, storage and coordinated service connections. Lounge seating, circulation, lighting and screen positions need to work together. We review the operational brief and site conditions before confirming included trades, specialist interfaces and the handover sequence.

Planning your bar & lounge fit-out work
Start with the venue concept and the practical operation: counter layout, staff routes, seating mix, storage and the location of equipment. Identify retained furniture and services for an existing lounge, or the landlord handover condition for a new venue.
Lighting, air conditioning, power, plumbing and audio-visual equipment need coordination with ceilings, joinery and seating. Share sound and screen requirements early. Acoustic treatment, specialist equipment and their design responsibilities are confirmed individually in the scope.
For a hotel bar or lounge refurbishment, discuss guest routes, delivery access, permitted working hours and closure windows. Cost and timing depend on venue size, existing services, bespoke joinery, finishes and equipment. Permissions and operating licences are separate responsibilities to clarify before execution.

Do you fit out hotel bars and lounges?

Can you renovate an existing bar or lounge?
Yes. We review the retained finishes, counters, furniture and building services before agreeing removals and new works. The proposal identifies the refurbishment scope and any closure or access arrangements.
Are counters, booth seating and lighting included?
They can be included in the agreed package, alongside related electrical, plumbing and finishing works. Dimensions, finishes, equipment interfaces and supply responsibilities are defined in the quotation.
Do you handle sound systems and screens?
The Retox project included sound systems, display screens and projectors. For a new brief, share the equipment and operating requirements so installation, integration and any specialist responsibilities can be confirmed.
Does fit-out include the venue operating licence?
An interior fit-out quotation does not automatically include operating licences, design submissions or permissions. Responsibilities for these items are agreed separately for the specific venue before work begins.
